“Even if you don’t feel it, peace surrounds you.”
Hey you,
How are things? Take a minute. How are things within this moment? You know I’m always available for a chat, right? Did you listen to the Women of K-Pop playlist I shared last week? Also, what are you doing to spark joy these days? I’m all about being intentional because I know too well how easy it is to give in to the nothingness.
Remember the Jar of Gratitude thingy from Chapter Six? I saw a gratitude challenge on Pinterest from Hearts&Stripes Blog and decided to share it with you.
You can answer the prompts in your journal, put it in your jar, or even share it on your socials.
Today, I don’t have any “deep” message per se to share, I just want to remind you that even if you don’t see it, you are doing better than you give yourself credit for. Even if you have no idea what’s going on or where you’re supposed to be, you are doing better than you think you are.
You are not failing if you are trying your best. You are not failing if the results you want aren’t showing right now. Even if decisions you make now affect you later negatively, in the end, it will be okay anyway. Choose your truth over fear. Choose to step out on your own, knowing that whenever you need support, someone will be there. What is best for you will find you. What is meant to be will come to be.
Maybe this was more of a “note to self” situation but you get me, right?
Anyhoo, my baby sister and I just finished watching Netflix’s Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha.
Yes, it’s a Kdrama, that’s my thing now so whenever I watch one that I love, I’ll be sharing it with you. I also just concluded YOU and it didn’t give what it was supposed to give. I found it to be bland.
Finally, I wanted to share that I made pancakes for the first time ever, from scratch! Probably not a big deal but I’ve always wanted to make them myself but always got the box mix.
It tasted really good but man’s need to work on burning it too much. Have you tried anything new lately?
FUN FACT: Did you know that you can’t hum while holding your nose?
I bet you just tried it, didn’t you? HEHEHE
I’ll try not to take too long before I see you next time.
XOXO
I just tried the humming thing😅😅 I couldn't breathe when I tried to hum
Plus I watched the first episode of hometown cha cha i wasn't really feeling it but I will try again because you liked it
Well done my sis. I applaud your consistency! Just know you are making your own mark in the space you have carved out for yourself.
